so i'm getting antidepressants again tomorrow, and i'm to start taking them right away. i'm interested to see how this will effect my mood and most of all my eating habits. also i just realised that i lost a stone between last december and april. imagine if that happened again... 6st4. i'd have the same bmi as twiggy in her prime. i shouldn't think like this. stay strong, work hard, be happy.
