Ok. Well, my diet didn't last long when I first started in May, since I was a lazybutt. I'm going to try to start again, and choose a more realistic goal for now. I'm gonna try to get down to 115 lbs by the middle of August. That means I'll hopefully lose weight at a healthy rate of 2 lb per week. It's so hard to keep to this diet since people in my house tend to bring in indulgent foods here. -_-

I'm going pull through though, and actually prove to myself that I can do it. Instead of complain about my weight all the time and be a sloth. I'm only drinking water or juice now.. but mostly only water because of the calories. (No soda, thai tea, or drinks I love. :() Oh yeah, and I'm gonna take one-a-day vitamins too just for the heck of being healthy.

It's going be hard to be hard to lose the weight, but I'm gonna push myself. I don't like entering my food, since it's hard to find the exact foods I eat. So I'll type it out here.

Yesterday, Day 1 (6/20/10):

*Breakfast*
-1 tomato/grilled chicken panini (360 calories)
-3 cups of cantaloupe (162 calories)
*Snack/Lunch*
- 1 serving of crackers with turkey/cheese (360 calories)
*Dinner*
-1 serving of vegatable lasagna (290 calories)
- 1 Ritz crackerfull (130 calories)
-1 JELLO cup (10 calories)

Total: 1312 calories
Pretty good, considering I was reluctant to start dieting yesterday. I cut my calorie count by almost 1,000 or maybe even more since I usually do eat a lot more than this.

Today, Day 2 (6/21/10):
*Breakfast*
-1 small serving of ravioli (250 calories)
*Snack/Lunch*
-1 small bowl of Caesar Salad, NO CRUTONS, MINIMAL DRESSING. [Horrible, I know. But I had to indulge a little!] (250 calories)
-1 Ritz crackerfull (130 calories)
-1 Jello cup (10 calories)
*Dinner*
-1 Bowl of homemade pho (650 calories)
-1 Jello cup (10 calories)
- 1 cup of watermelon (37 calories)
-1 serving of corn (59 calories)

Total: 1396 calories.. (NEW - 1196 calories)

A stepback from yesterday. I also ran a 1 1/2 mile and speed-walked 1/2 mile.. Burned off a total of 200 calories.

I'm going to continue to continue with this and see how everything goes!! :)
