The holidays depress me and I'm hoping not to eat everything in sight. I am really disgusted when I put on my clothing, but that doesn't help me enough to stop eating things that I know I shouldn't eat. It feels like the scale is a crap shoot even though I know I'm doing what I can to lose. I hope that this Saturday brings good news from my scale. I only need to have lost one pound, if I lose one pound every week I won't complain.
