Started back watching carbs - forgot how many carbs are in everything.
Will have to take one day at a time.
Thi plan works -dropped some lbs since Monday, but a long way to go.
I did it before and I'll do it again. Know it will be harder since the holidays are coming up.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
