I have been taking it easy on the weekends while still trying to keep an eye on what I eat. Not necessarily logging everything, but being aware of it. Which means I'm not losing, but I am also not gaining, which is a plus at this stage.
If I can continue with the status quo during the week, keeping the calories down to between 1200 and no more than 1750 each day, then I should be able to drop about 1 pound per week. Which I have no problem with, so I'll work with it. I'm very positive about my goals.
