Chips of one green banana and one green plantain, oven made. Small red beans, avocado, cheese and tomatoes with eggs whites (this is just half of the eggs with tomatoes) I will eat the other half later with tortillas. No oils, less than 700 calories.

U love plantain chips,tostones, actually I call them "Tajadas", they are so good fried, but I like to save calories.
