I've been trying to count my calories (1543.5 allotted daily). I had a bad day on Saturday where I had some crap, but on Sunday I tried to stick to mainly veggies and fruit in order to cleanse the crap out of my system that I splurged on. I've been counting my calories for two weeks and I've lost one pound a week. This is my third week, but my aunt flo is in town and there is no telling what the scale is going to say this week, but I'm not shooting for the moon anymore. I'm actually content with one pound to one and a half pounds a week. Slow and study wins the race, right?
