I am 70 years old and I did without sweet stuff and carbs a lot of my years. I am not doing that any more, so this is slow going. Think that is why I am staying the same. I also think I need to stay right around 1300 to lose. I was lower than that this past week. Weight was never an issue until I got past 58 and sold the motel where I worked from early in the morning 5:00 or 6:00 to late at night 11:00 or 12:00. In those years I could eat what I wanted with no worry. I am not complaining. I loved it. Just stating facts. My desire is to see 150 again and stay there, and I am close so I am not discouraged.
