93g of fiber! 😮 I have heard, people having trouble with the fiber. My problem is the protein, but today I will have more than enough. 😍

Almost all my food has fiber, but I am eating "XTREME WELLNESS High Fiber" tortilla wraps , 11 grams of fiber each one, and I will be eating 4 today, or more if I am still hungry. 50 calories per serving and 5g net carbs

Thank you girls 😘, well, probably my macros will change 🙈, I went grocery shopping, now I want to change a few things 🐷, it takes me time to plan the food I will eat and in the end I want to change my menu, it's why I don't like groceries shopping 😒. Do you girls do the same??

When you don't eat fiber you can not 💩💩, people say it's important for the body, as I don't have that problem, I don't really know the benefits of it . 😁

Fiber helps keep you feeling full as well as helping with regularity. It has a correlation with colon health, I don't know if it's cause and effect but more fiber seems to go along with less chance of colon cancer.

Keilin I don’t even bother making my menu until After I’ve shopped! Everything goes out the window while I’m fantasizing about what to cook walking around the store 😅😅
