Two crime scenes in 5 days.... so much for getting the proper rest. But the good news is that I ate all my prepped food even when the detectives were eating In N Out Burger 🤤

The bad part is that I also lost 2 days of training. Not ideally what you want 7 weeks out from a show! Consistency is key and I am staying as consistent as I can, at least what is in my power. Remember your why. My goals are bigger than my excuses.
55.1 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
