Day 2 of my 3 day cleanse. Felt good yesterday, but tired in the evening -- certainly slept well! So far, so good today but not as energetic working out as usual. On todays's menu -- Refresh Juice, V6 Juice, Zucchini Soup, Beta-C Juice, Goji Power Smoothie, Strawberry Gingerade, Peppermint Water & a Wheatgrass Shot:)
