never heard of them... what are they ? 

What are the ingredients? I’ve never heard of it either.

This is what the bottle says - Keto ultra fat burn *metabolic ketosis aid *utilize fat for fuel *premium grade *high potency *dietary supplement Ingredients: magnesium separate, rice, flour, silicone dioxide, gelatine If been taking them for a week now and I am enjoying them so far. Maybe it's just motivation or maybe it's the pills but I see a difference  

Throw them in the garbage. Nothing with rice and flour are for keto..
