I’m so blessed and I have so much to be grateful for. I haven’t been hungry for (or making myself eat) healthy food lately and I’m starting to feel it. I need to reboot! I’m not going to eat carbs during the night tonight when the dogs wake me up to go out (they’re old) and I’m going to eat three healthy meals tomorrow. Accountability 💪🏼
