I know most of this is water weight being lost. but it still feels good. trying to just not count on weekends too. not going nuts on weekends but just relax and eat more if I feel hungry. hoping it will keep me from feeling like I'm restricting my diet alot. during the week I'm trying to eat a vegetarianish meal at least once a day. that way I can eat a decent dinner. seems to be working for now. helps with the fiber intake too.
