Well, I have been a good girl and went to water aerobics tonight. I'll go again on Thursday and then Friday. That will make 3 times this week. It was fun. I think I'll do OK with the gym. I'm having a little difficulty keeping my calories down below 1400. I think I'm going to have to add more veggies to my diet to fill me up more.
