I was so anxious to get up this morning and weigh myself. I so badly wanted the scale to read 187.8 so I could officially say that I had lost 50 lbs...but to my disappointment it read 188.4. I did quickly tell myself that the scale is heading in the right direction and I am only 0.6 lbs away from that 50 lbs. I will get there, and I will pass that too. Although I have been working on my weight loss for a little over a year, it does feel like just yesterday that I was so excited to have lost 25 lbs...and not to long after that the 38 lb mark because at that point I broke 200 lbs. I will keep my chin up and keep going forward. I am still over weight but I feel so much better being 49.4 lbs less then I was a year ago. I smile more often and I have a lot more confidence. I will get to my target weight!
