My body has been out of condition for YEARS. Today, I can feel sore belly muscles! This is a MAJOR accomplishment for me!
As an adult, even at my thinnest, (around 120 lbs.) my belly was never strong or tone. I'm convinced that the core exercise is the deliverance from the damage of years of inertia.
I recently began doing crunches strengthen my mushy mid section. I thought it the perfect personal challenge to accompany my new lifestyle.
I no longer count how many crunches I do. I just do them till I have to dig in to get those last ones in!
