FBS 115 this morning and dropped 1 pound since yesterday. But what is really significant is that I tried testing with a ketone strip which I haven’t done in over a year (I couldn’t even get the strip to turn pink) and I turned it deep purple!!!!!! Milestone! I think Beef & Butter fast worked! I hope this new lower blood sugar thing isn’t a fluke. I’ve got a little over 2 weeks before I have to get a blood test for A1C and I’m am so hoping I can bring it down again! All in all, it’s been a good day!
