Not sure what's going on with the weight.... dehydration???

First day back on call and I got less than 5 hours sleep last night. The kids let the baby run around screaming last night.


6x10:
80# (+ bar) deadlifts
55# (per arm) Hammer lat pulldown
100# (rope) cable machine crunches
90# close grip pull downs
54.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
