JQ I like OMAD. I’m not super strict about it though. If I really feel like I need a snack, I eat one. If there’s a special occasion or whatever for breakfast or midday I eat two meals, I just fit it into my calorie allowance. Otherwise I love saving calories for later in the day. I get full easier, and get to have things I would not have enough calories for if I ate 3 square meals a day.
