So...some of it is really obvious weight gain—ie BABY, but some of it is NOT so obvious like the blood volume, uterus!??, breasts (I mean REALLY). So it was super interesting to see in context of weight loss, right?!
Also...it’s less for overweight or obese moms so very important to talk with your own OBGYN.
Focus on quality can only be a good thing, and it’s also important I’ve heard to let your doctor know if you are involved iwith KETO or low carb. They are going to have an opinion on this.
