Thank you! 💕 Jengetfit123, HCB Actually I started working out a little harder, this week I will call it week off. Next week I will officially increase my exercise and calories, I still want to lose more body fat, but I don't need to lose more size, so I need to gain a few pounds back, I am doing this: #1 Because if I lose more weight my clothes will not fit me. #2 Because I want to eat more than 1700 calories.

Yes! Focus on body composition instead of the scale. Increased muscle tissue will help you burn more calories just sitting around - so you can eat more! Ha Ha think Diablo who can eat 5000 calories and just burn it all with the muscle

Your legs look good even in jeans. Can't wait for you to work harder; this week was light for me, next week is more grunt grunt sweat sweat......lifting!

Thank you HCB, it's what I am going to do. PS. I use the FatSecret app all the time, the end of last year I discovered that I can still use FatSecret in the website with my phone, I check it just sometimes because it's much better using the app. I read your message this morning, somehow I still don't learn how to reply 😐.

Thank you, Terrapin, I have not measured my legs lately, but I know I have not lose too much inches from my legs, I have less fat but I have muscles now. I am starting working out hard today 🏋️‍♀️
