Defkal kak sma olahraga aja rutin kbtlan sy hobby gowes minimal 45mnit smnggu 3-5x kcuali hari minggu sy gowes tambah 2x lipat dr hari biasanya In Syaa Allah cepat turun dengan olahraga kardio
