So...... beginning tomorrow (not because it's Monday, but because today is my only day off this week & I can go shopping) I am going to begin eliminating all white rice, white pasta, white bread and whatever else is white and processed from my diet. It's time for a reality check~ I can't eat in the "real world"... I can't (at this point anyway) eat half a hamburger and no fries..... I am unable to push away from the table when I am full..... I have an eating issue! So~ behavior modification is the way to go. I'm exercising 3 times a week for 60 mins~ I am going to make a concerted effort to increase that by 30 mins each week~ and I will work very hard at controlling my eating. This is ridiculous~ I am a grown up! I can do this!
