This weekend has been a bit off the wagon on the food front really, let's be honest most weekends are for me!!! lol Yesterday I had shredded wheat for brek and carrot and coriander soup for lunch - no probs there. Then we went out to the beach for a walk.....that backfired! It was just WAY too cold and windy to get out of the car and my little one is coming down with a cold anyway...so we got a takeaway from the local Chinese and ate it in the car looking out to sea. I could sit and watch the water for ever and a day.....but while I was watching I dread to think how many points I consumed! lol Oh well.......

Today....going rather off plan as well.....I had cereal for breakfast but then my collegue brought out a bag of revels....a big bag. To be fair I did better than I would have done a few months ago. I've not kept count of how many I had but the bag was still half full and both of us had about the same amount...... FOr lunch I was starving and it's raining and cold so I had a footlong veggie delite from Subway. That's 9 points but hey I'm on a 12 hour shift. I didn't have a drink from there - just had water and I had some grapes for dessert.

Dh will cook something for dinner for when I get home - usually about 6 points so all in all I hope I'm not too far over. I'll be back completely on track tomorrow and will be doing my yogalates tomorrow :)

I love this 12 hour shift sometimes though as I finally get chance to catch up on lots of buddies' journals :) Keep up the good work ladies!!! and have a lovely Sunday!

I had to google Revels. They look yummy :D It sounds as if you are very aware of what you are eating, the circumstances surrounding your eating patterns, and the number of points these foods contain. Additionally, I think someone is becomming hooked on Yogalates! Keep it up. You are on the right track.

A little weekend indulgence is not a bad thing. When you let loose a little and enjoy a few treats it sets you up to be able to get through the week. And we've all experienced that curious weight loss when a day or two of splurging is followed by a day or two of on-track eating. So don't worry! I, too, was curious about Revels and took massiverally's lead and googled them. They appear similar to Bridge Mixture here. And look yummy, too!
