I have noticed lately that I have a couple new followers! I honestly do not look at to many posts and mostly have used this app for keeping track of my macros and meal prep. But I decided I needed to add more info to the journal area with my weigh ins so I can see what's working best. My goal has nothing to do with weight in pounds but rather body composition and body fat percentage. We all pretty much know ways to move the number on the scale, I'm trying to transform my body. Anyways I'm stumbling (not really there's a lot of research, trial, and error). on some magic!
Is it possible to view someone's personal journal on this app? Just wondering if anyone is interested because I don't mind sharing what I learn. If that's not possible and anyone wants to know I can try to remember to post in the thread.
