avacado sandwhich, not sure if its a good combo keto wise but very tasty!

OOHH you put avocado on anything & I'm in !! Avocado is a good fat.

If you're doing keto it's not good. The bread will kick you out of ketosis and you won't be burning fat as efficiently . You will have to work to get back into ketosis . 20 carbs or less. If you're not keto, then yup, looks good. I eat avocado on keto from time to time. They are great. Very calorie dense but so good. 👍

Someone on another post said it’s possible to eat 50 grams of carbs for some people and be on Keto, depends on the person 👍🏻

Try just one piece of bread (whole grain) toasted, spread avocado and top with a slice of munster, yummmm! I've been doing that for a year, and it's perfectly fine in my pre-diabetes diet.

Not high glycemic foods like bread.. Only veggies and small amounts of fruit.

Bread, and grains in general, don't fit into the keto diet due to high carbs. I found it easier to cut them out of my diet, than to look for substitutes. I was a buttered toast addict and nothing seemed to taste as good. The best I tried was the Fathead recipe, which makes decent bagels and a reasonable substitute for tortilla chips. Oh, and thick bacon - cut the slices in thirds and cook until crispy, then cool - it's sturdy enough to use to scoop dips.

Canyon Bakeshop makes Gluten Free bread that is okay. Best if toasted. It is usually in the freezer section and/or organic section of the supermarket. They also make bagels.

Almost no over weight person can eat 50!l and stay in ketosis. Get ketone strips for $7 at Wal-Mart. You should not eat carbs like bread on keto. Read dr fung book to help you understand why. Hope that helps, don't take keto advice from anyone who isn't keto 👍😁

Joseph’s lavash bread and flax pita bread are really low in net carbs if you decide to replace white bread :)

If you record it in your diary and use the macros tab it figures the carbs for you.
