I've figured out on the days I work I can run before hand and on my days off I will do my weight training, other wise I will never sleep. My lower back and legs are screaming from the prework run and then 12 1/2 hours on my feet all day. I am gonna get some new kicks b/c these new balances are not helping me. I also am hoping my body will adjust soon to these new hours and activity. I have been really good with not eating any of the junk food that all the nurses bring in, and the policy of constantly having fresh baked cookies in the oven to create the smell hasn't tempted me at all, probably b/c I am so freaking busy. The only time I struggle is when I get off of work and am so tired that I don't feel like cooking. But I fell into that rut when I worked 12's years ago and I am not going to allow it to take over again. I did have a side salad and fry yesterday but didn't exceed my calories for the day.
I also have finally, finally reached the 200 mark, sooooo that means if I keep it up I will be putting a one at the beginning of my wt. soon :)
