Ikutin aja kak... Asupan kalori kamu hrs sesuai dgn fs.. d atas BMR dan d bawah tdee klo sesuai dgn fs seminggu turunnya 1/2kg.. Kadang ada yg 1kg... Tergantung aktifitas dan olah raga.. Usahakan proteinnya terpenuhi sesuai BB agar metabolisme ga turun... Jika metabolisme bagus.. Maka BB juga gampang turun .. Sementara gtu aja kak.. Karna aku juga ga tlalu byk ilmunya hihi
