Well I love the p90x workouts! I did plyo today, an ass kickin work out! I had gained some weight due to a medical procedure so just this week do I really feel like I am getting back to it. I am hesitant on ab work because of the procedure, I am still weak and I have to be careful not to injure myself. I have been doing a lot of cardio lately, I have missed using weights on my p90x workouts... ive done with cardio x, plyo and kenpo, or jogging 2 miles. Now that I took my last final on Wednesday, I hope to do doubles on weight days because I have to have cardio.... it keeps me happy! I have been really eating well all week so I am proud of myself on that. Really watching my calorie intake and I am improving a lot.
