你好,我原本就是低碳飲食了喔!實施己經有9個多月了,會利用假日的時間補充碳水,不然我比較傾向於蛋白質的攝取,因為昨天晚上吃了肯德基這種高熱量的又高油脂高碳水的食物,所以中午才會吃蔬菜來緩和一下^^
