I started my new way of eating and exercising 1 week ago today after the dr. Put me on a 1500 calorie a day diet. I have done so well with not cheating.... A little slow to get out and exercise but stuck right to my eating plan I set-up for myself.... I lost 5.4 lbs. this week and believe it or not I'm not starving :).
57.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 2.9 kg a Week

That is awesome keep it up. As far as the excercise take it slow. Don't want to start out to quick and get injuried or burned out.
