@charlote95: Itu 1 piring gede penuh sampe muncung 481 kalori. Isinya tahu 87gr, tempe 153gr, buncis 54gr, wortel 39gr, toge 62gr, sawi putih 186gr, minyak sayur setengah sendok.

@ratulisa: 2 buah tahu klo ga salah.. tahu kuning 1 buahnya skitar 40-45 gram an. Beratnya beda2.
