Started with Box Squats @ 65% to MAX & Completed 4 x 10
Conditioning: 5 Rounds with EMOM • Assault Bike- 12 Cals • Weighted Lunges 14x • Ski ERG 12 Cals • Sled Pull & Push • 20 Solid Minutes of Exercises!!
Time to find an airport gate (heading to Texas).

You can vary the amount, we were doing 65, some had 90lbs.

30kg is a good weight, how long is your track?
Sleds are not much fun hahaha, crazy good at getting a sweat going 👌
