SMART goals start today (thanks to my smart friend!)...Week 1, starting tomorrow, entails daily workout (6 days a week before noon, for an hour). Starting spinning and running schedules. Checking back in daily with my "ME" coach.Will take this week to week and work on a simple little focused goal daily.
p.s: for the record, I am at my worse lately. No working out, eating bad and out of control, and just generally feeling bad. Need to shake out of these habits, starting tomorrow morning. Going to bed now to get an early start.
