Whittling down, Yippeee!!! Staying away from the fat mostly. Had a fat day yesterday, the 223 was Saturday Night's weight. I am happy, it is working.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
