well this is it.... I have finally had my wake up call starting a new journey, I know it will be hard and lonnng but it will be worth it at the end. Staring a very low carb diet for the next 3 months,still debating on lap band surgery??? so puzzled i dnt mind the surgery I just HATE all that lose skin afterwards...
168.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 100.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
