I need to weigh in but truthfully I’m worried I’ll be disappointed. I’ve come under calories for the entire week but you all know how mentally toying “mr. scale” can be. I’ll either be really happy tomorrow or disappointed. I hate disappointment. I KNOW it’s just a number. I KNOW it doesn’t cancel out the work I’ve done. I KNOW that there is always water weight to consider. It’s the mind game and the UNREALISTIC need to be validated by a stupid machine.
