Got to the gym today! Yay! I had an awesome workout. I did 30 minutes of cardio. 3.16 miles. Then I did 60 reps on the scary Ab machine followed by an upper body workout - dumbbell chest flies, bicep curls(with and without squats),and Bent over raises. I feel like I really pushed myself.
