Today started out to be a very stressful day. My 17 year old had so much drama today and needed me to help him. So there went my original plans for the day. I was however able to find or actually made time to go to a movie tonight just so I could relax. I did allow myself popcorn and tea and lemonade. I am still in my allowable calorie count. I am so proud of myself for not binging today because believe me, with all the commotion I sure wanted to. Also, another day with no carbonated beverages. :)
