Took the 12 Days of Christmas off and ate what I wanted and gained five pounds. Didn’t go overboard but was not diligent with calorie intake, nor did I log anything on FS. Holidays are over, now back to watching what I eat and back to my exercises. I don’t think five pounds is too much, but it can get out of control. Hope everyone had a good holiday season!🎉🎁
