Today was a really busy day. I went shopping and ran kids around. I made a wonderful pot of chicken soup and cleaned up the kitchen. Needless to say I am too tired to exercise. I am going to have to start doing it in the mornings because I am too tired at night. I am going to relax for a few minutes eat some popcorn and go to bed. I always have tomorrow to look forward to to do better. Oh and by the way it has been 4 days with no carbonation. Yea!
