Went out to eat at Chili's for my mom birthday went 30 over with my calories but maintained the calories within my Samsung Health watch

Had s great 1st day !!!! counting calories...keeping carbs at a minimum..eating greens and heart healthy foods...drank 6 cups of water.I also exercised ! went on a 3 mile bike run. so far...so good...I weigh 221lbs and my goal is to get down to 175lbs.

can you tell me how to sync the 2 up (Samsung Health and Fatsecret)? For some reason mine isn't working. I have all of the permissions enabled on both apps, but no matter what I have tried I cant pull my exercise in from Samsung Health, nor the other way around, FatSecret calories in to Samsung Health
