kalo udah mulai susah, berarti mulai pengurangan masa lemak, coba selingin dietnya sama cheat meal 1x seminggu, biar badan gak jenuh, misal sehari udah 1200 coba weekend 1700, nanti balik lagi ke 1200, soalnya penting cheat meal untuk diet
