Extra long work day yesterday and again today. I met my best friend for a drink after work and she laughed when I ordered a N/A beer instead! It's too early to tell if I'm pregnant but I'm sure not going to get loaded; just in case. I also ate a small order of wings (6) and a half cup of pineapple coleslaw. We had a great time and I ended the day guilt free and sober!

Oh, trust me, it wasn't always that way! Back in the day I'd start with 12 and we'd have a basket of fries along with throwing back about 8 beers. It's taken a long time to be comfortable and FULL from ordering smaller portion sizes. I was still tempted to order more but I remembered that if it wasn't enough, I could always order more. Low and behold, these days it's enough. I get to eat what I want and I don't wreck the whole day.

I know what you mean, Jen--my grandmother used to always say our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Sadly, for too many years I think I made my stomach fit my eyes. Now I sometimes still have a temptation to order more but I really can be satisfied with less. Nice job on enjoying the six wings to their fullest!
