Yay!! 1 lb of the 2 I gained is off today. I figured it was water weight with a little bit of alcohol weight (went to a friends b-day party this weekend). I am a little off of the diet today because I have no food in the house. I finished my last can of tuna this morning. My dumb butt didn't feel like going grocery shopping on Sunday and because I don't get home from school until 10:25p on M-W and then have to be back up at 5:30 to work out, I don't have time to shop. So tomorrow I will shop.
B - 3 eggs with LF cheese and salsa S - Nutrigrain bar L - Multigrain tortilla with tomato and tuna D - Multigrain tortilla with tomato and tuna and a nutrigrain bar (this is all I have in the house that is even close to SBD friendly)
Workout - 25 mins on treadmill (1.5 mi)
