I didn't do so hot. I haven't been doing any workouts and holidays stink. I know Sunday I blew it but my lack of workouts really did it. I gained a pound and gained 2.75 inches total...belly, and inch below, right thigh and upper arms were gain spots. I knew it'd be ugly. I had to take my rings off and hang them last night, my fingers were all puffy. Yeah...I ate all the dirty stuff...and for me that doesn't mean a honkin piece of chocolate cake. Now that I said that it sounds really good though...lol

Kenzie, the important thing is to get right back on track. Get back to induction and get plenty of water in and that water retention should come off fairly quickly. And stay away from the dirty stuff! It's no good for you!! LOL But my how we love it!! :)

And regardless of how "bad" you think you were, record your food, all of it. It will help you keep on track.

Tell the dirty stuff to back off, It takes a while staying away from it but eventually it wont be such a draw. Get right back at it and that new weight will go fast, hit the water and be good to yourself. :)
