Everyone is so supportive here. Thank you for everything you do. I was so glad when I weighed today and found that I had lost a little over a pound. I think I caused my own frustration with my weight plateau because I was weighing myself too frequently. I have done this before when dieting and I end up giving up eventually due to my own frustration with the scale. Luckily with this site and all my buddies I've been able to stay on track, but I want to guard against being that frustrated again, so I've decided to only allow myself to weigh every 2 weeks. My focus should not be the scale as much as on my change in eating habits. So, I'm now going to focus more on making the right choices and staying on track and not on what the scale numbers say. Staying off the scale will be the difficult part now. Sometimes I wonder if I should remove my scale from my house and only weigh at the doctor?? Right now that would be OK, since I'm seeing him monthly, but I usually don't see my doctor that frequently. If I can stay away from sugar, I'm sure I can stay away from the scale.
