Have been eating junk too much this week, and skipped my Wednesday run because I was really stressed with exams. Oh well, glad that's over. Had a good birthday lunch today, after this cake's gone there will be no more cake on the menu for a while :)
Still managed to lose weight since my last visit to the gym, so that's pretty cool. Ran 2.5 yesterday, plus did some strength work. Feeling pretty good now. Planning to bump my running up to 4x a week starting this weekend, by adding a Saturday run starting tonight.
