I didn't weigh in today but I'm feeling good. I made good choices for breakfast / lunch and hit the gym at lunch. It doesn't take much but I'm flying high.

Last night was a half a pizza crash and no exercise. I'm far from perfect but I'm going to try to keep today's momentum going thru tonight.

Tomorrow is another day. One choice at a time. I have plenty of before pictures. I want to be able to post an after picture...
